                                          If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, you agree with us to bring the dispute before the Courts of the Canton of Geneva (SWITZERLAND), subject to recourse to the Federal Court.

                                          The terms of this article do not deprive consumers of their right to take legal action, or of their right to a defence in the event of legal action, in their country of residence or domicile, or of their right to consumer protection measures as defined by the legislation applicable in their country of residence.
