JEWELRY CARE

AALTAS's jewelry is both designed and manufactured with great care.

Our pieces are made with materials that stand the test of time: we use 18-carat gold (750/1000), aluminium, titanium and natural precious stones.

Each piece of jewelry is made to last and does not oxidise. Nevertheless, it must be protected from toxic and chemical products. If you come into contact with any of these products, rinse your jewelry with clear water before wiping it with a soft cloth.

Always store your jewelry in its original pouch and avoid contact with other objects to protect it from marks and scratches. 

WARRANTY

All our pieces are covered by a 24-month international warranty. 

The AALTAS International Warranty service does not cover:

1- Defects or damage due to loss, theft, fire or other problems beyond our control.

2- Defects or damage caused by abuse or accident.

3- Defects or damage caused by improper use (impacts, crushing, etc.), modifications, manipulations or repairs not carried out by us.

4- Defects or damage due to normal wear and tear.
